Job summary

Fooda in Denver seeks a Manager of Client Success to oversee Mountain Region operations and lead the Denver team. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional day-to-day experience for clients and their employees by raising operational standards across our restaurant network.

Hybrid in-office in Denver with ~50% travel, the role reports to the Senior Regional VP of Sales and Operations and requires 7+ years in food service or hospitality, strong leadership, and proven project-management and

Qualifications

• 7+ years in food service, restaurant management or hospitality in a client facing role.
• Strong project management with end-to-end initiative delivery.
• Financial acumen with data analysis reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and support teams across all product offerings as they lead day-to-day operations. Hold teammates accountable for the ownership of client relationships and restaurant performance
• Manage, teach, and coach multiple operations teammates ensuring best practices for Fooda are being executed,including but not limited to: client business reviews, account retention, and expense management
• Hold responsibility and lead processes aligning to recruiting, training and retention of employees
• Identify operational challenges aligning to client needs and requests. Serve as a leader to create and execute different strategies or processes
• Collaborate with the market leadership and the sales teams with retention initiatives for all markets
• Leadquarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
• This is not a remote role andwill require ~50% local travel within the Mountain Region.
