Fooda in Denver is seeking a Client Success Partner to manage day-to-day operations for the local market and ensure a consistently excellent lunch experience for client employees. You will build strong relationships with clients and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver reliable service.

You will work closely with the Manager of Client Success, act as the primary client contact, oversee on-site staff, and support the launch of new locations.

Formación

• 2+ years of client-success/account-management experience.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on-site and be mobile as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing daily operations in the Denver market.
• Serve as the client-facing point of contact, including day-of support and meetings.
• Lead successful launch of new accounts, coordinating with client contacts and on-site setup.
• Regularly visit client locations to audit restaurants, gather feedback, and build relationships.
• Coordinate site evaluations with health department.
• Collaborate with team to deliver excellent service.
