Restaurant Associates is seeking a Regional Director to lead strategic and operational efforts across our dining and event catering portfolio. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive business strategy, and act as the primary liaison with our premier client and workforce.

Reporting to the President of Operations, this executive role demands delivering profitable growth, shaping culture, and building high-impact relationships at the highest organizational levels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive food service management experience.
• 5+ years experience Large Scale Multi-Client/Contract Managed Service.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and Lead R/A’s culture of CARE and ownership.
• Plan and advise business portfolio to achieve KPIs.
• Partner with senior management to discuss strategies, objectives, and obstacles.
• Monitor and strategize to reach annual targets and new market solutions.
• Direct and lead a team of account managers.
• Coordinate financial objectives, analysis, and profitability oversight.
• Build relationships at all levels of the team, client, customer and RA/Compass organizations.
• Foster growth and recognition to maintain a proud-to-work culture.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress and new programs.
• Conduct customer, client and associate satisfaction surveys.
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure financial performance and compliance with laws.
