Job summary

Truist in Atlanta seeks a Client Solutions Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Team responsible for premium finance loan preparation, term/pricing analysis and negotiation, and loan processing. This role ensures timely quotes, contracts and funding while maintaining profitability and regulatory compliance.

You will hire, train, and evaluate Account Executives, develop regional relationships, and drive sales campaigns to improve throughput and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business field or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Strong analytical, math and problem solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quoting, underwriting and pricing for the Client Solutions Team.
• Ensure timely delivery of quotes, contracts and loan funding.
• Coach AEs on sales and relationship building.
• Lead outbound calls and marketing campaigns to grow opportunities.
• Track regional performance metrics and report results.
• Approve loan funding within authority limits and verify details.
