The Regional Client Manager on The Standard's Employee Benefits team will provide exceptional support and education to Employer Groups (100–499 lives), covering LOA, FMLA, STD/LTD, Life, and voluntary products. You will negotiate, manage cases, and nurture long-term relationships with clients and brokers.

Key duties include serving as the primary contact for client management, handling new submissions, renewals and amendments, and promoting additional coverages.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required; bachelor's preferred
• 3-5 years of progressive work experience in employee benefits, client management, or sales support
• Professional certification required: Life and Disability insurance license for resident state within assigned hub (within 6 months)

Mansioni

• Be the primary point of contact for Client Management issues for your assigned book of business
• Manage new case submissions, renewal activity, and amendments
• Identify and promote the sale of additional lines of coverage or plan improvements
• Participate in in-person client and broker meetings
• Promote new product offerings and enhanced product features
• Recommend plan changes as appropriate
• Facilitate enrollment and re-enrollment processes; conduct enrollment meetings or be present at benefit fairs
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure best outcomes for all parties
