Job summary

TEC Services is seeking an area manager to oversee cleaning services across assigned locations in the United States. You will supervise crews, coordinate with store managers and service partners, and maintain safety and quality standards on a daily basis.

The role emphasizes regular inspections, coaching, and customer communication to meet contract requirements and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience in floorcare/janitorial management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and coordinate with service partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly visit schedule for locations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct weekly QA inspections and provide reports to clients and subcontractors.
• Lead cleaning crews, monitor performance, and coordinate backup staffing as needed.
• Perform safety observations, incident investigations, and ensure corrective actions.
