Job summary

Southern Cleaning Services is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple cleaning sites within the assigned region. You will supervise staff, ensure safety programs, manage budgets, and maintain client relationships while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Progressive maintenance/ facilities background with supervisory duties.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of current health and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations ensure company standards and KPIs are met.
• Oversee and coordinate site management and staff.
• Interview, hire and train new employees.
• Monitor safety policies and enforce compliance.
• Prepare monthly reports on site conditions and performance.
• Coordinate purchasing and maintenance supplies.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and functional.
• Address employee and customer issues promptly.
