• Monitor daily staff performance to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Communicate consistently with reports and resolve concerns promptly.
• Ensure schedules are prepared two weeks in advance and uniforms are worn properly.
• Coordinate budgets and payroll data, and monitor attendance and punches.
• Onboard new hires and train them on timekeeping, policies, and safety.
• Develop recruitment strategies and assist HR with employee issues.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, order replacements, and manage maintenance requests.
• Conduct location audits and provide status updates to Regional Manager and VP of Operations.
