Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Regional Class A Dry Van Driver to join our safety-focused team in Kimball, NE. This route runs from Kimball to Utah, Colorado, and Idaho, Monday through Friday, with weekly home time.

Compensation includes hourly wages for on-duty time and mileage pay, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus available. Health benefits after 30 days, 401K with company match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement are among the advantages.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL and at least 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• HazMat and Tanker endorsements are required.
• Ability to use mobile applications and computer software for log keeping and routing.

Responsibilities

• Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles.
• Adheres to weight limits and ensures proper load securement.
• Loads/unloads hazardous waste and secures loads.
• Plates vehicle in accordance with DOT requirements.
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, and trip/inspection reports.

About the role:

• Drivers average $80-$110K per year
• $7,500 sign-on-bonus available
• Weekly home time
• Compensation includes hourly wages (all on-duty non-driving time) and mileage pay

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

QUALIFICATIONS

• Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software

Pay Range: 15.63 - 41.54 Hourly
