Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an OTR Class A Dry Van Driver to join our safety focused team in Kimball, NE. This route travels to the Pacific Northwest and averages 2800-3000 miles weekly, with pay ranging from $90,000 to $115,000 per year and a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Home time is bi-weekly; compensation includes hourly time (on-duty) and mileage pay. We offer strong benefits after 30 days, a 401K with company match, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 12 months Class A driving experience.
• HAZMAT endorsement required.
• Tanker endorsement required.
• Ability to use mobile apps and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles.
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units.
• Ensures loading and unloading of hazardous/non-hazardous waste and secures loads.
• Places placards according to DOT requirements.
• Maintains logs, timesheets, and vehicle inspection reports.

Clean Harbors is looking for a OTR Class A Dry Van Driver to join their safety conscious team in Kimball, NE! This route runs from Kimball, NE to various locations in the Pacific Northwest and averages 2800-3000 miles per week.

About the role:

• Drivers average $90-$115K per year
• $7,500 sign-on-bonus available
• Bi-Weekly home time
• Compensation includes hourly wages (all on-duty non-driving time) and mileage pay

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

QUALIFICATIONS

• Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
