Clean Harbors is seeking an OTR Class A Dry Van Driver to join our safety-conscious team in Kimball, NE. The route covers the Pacific Northwest with an average of 2,800–3,000 miles per week.

Drivers earn $90k–$115k per year, with bi-weekly home time. Compensation includes hourly wages (on-duty non-driving) and mileage pay, plus comprehensive benefits after 30 days of employment.

Formación

• Class A CDL with valid certification.
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements required.
• Ability to use mobile apps and computer software in daily tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Operate tractor-trailer units safely on assigned routes.
• Adhere to weight limits and load securement procedures.
• Load/unload hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials.
• Placard vehicle per DOT requirements and regulations.
• Maintain logs, time sheets, and inspection reports.

Conocimientos

Responsibilities

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

Qualifications

• Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
