Job summary

Drivers earn $80,000–$110,000 per year and a $7,500 sign‑on bonus. Compensation includes hourly time for on‑duty non‑driving and mileage pay. Benefits include health coverage after 30 days, 401(k) matching, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• HazMat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Ability to use mobile apps and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Operate tractor-trailer units and other vehicles.
• Adhere to weights and ensure proper utilization of the units.
• Properly load/unload and secure hazardous and non-hazardous loads.
• Placard the vehicle in accordance with DOT and company requirements.
• Maintain daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports, and vehicle inspections.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

QUALIFICATIONS

• Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
