Job summary

Clean Harbors is looking for a OTR Class A Dry Van Driver to join their safety conscious team in Riverside, CA. This role transports on a Riverside, CA to Aragonite UT and/or La Porte, TX route, averaging 2800-3000+ miles per week with bi-weekly home time.

Drivers earn $95-$120K per year, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus. Compensation includes hourly on-duty time and mileage pay; benefits start after 30 days, with 401(k) matching, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Ability to use mobile apps and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports
