Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including new graduates, to join our team hauling 100% no-touch reefer freight across the Western 11 Region. New drivers begin with 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer before moving to independent regional runs.

Drivers receive $1,200–$1,300 per week, $0.51 per mile, and a full benefits package after 30 days. Bi-weekly home time with a 34-hour reset is provided along with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years.
• Cannot have been terminated from most recent employment for any reason.
• Solid 10-year work history with no major unexplained gaps outside of school or training; at least 6 months of work in the last year and 1 year within the last 3 years.
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' reefer trailers on regional runs covering the Western 11 Region.
• Complete 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer before independent running.
• Manage no-touch freight safely and efficiently while maintaining compliance with regulations.
• Achieve bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset.
• Support dispatcher coordination to optimize regional deliveries.
