Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for 100% no-touch reefer freight across the Western 11 Region. New drivers start with 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer before switching to independent regional runs.

Compensation includes $1,200–$1,300 per week, $0.51 per mile, and training pay of $850 per week during the training period. Full benefits after 30 days, plus 401(k) and PTO, are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Clean driving record with no major incidents in the past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Run 100% no-touch reefer freight throughout the Western 11 Region.
• Complete 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer before operating independently.
• Maintain a structured regional schedule with bi-weekly home time and a 34-hour reset.
