Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for 100% no-touch reefer freight across the Western 11 Region. New drivers start with 4–6 weeks of OTR training with an experienced trainer before transitioning to independent regional runs.

Compensation includes $1,200–$1,300 per week with $0.51 per mile, plus training pay of $850 per week during the initial training period. Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Graduate of accredited truck driving school (120 hours).
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions in past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies or misdemeanors in past 5 years.
• Solid 10-year work history with limited gaps, 6 months work in last year and 1 year in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' reefer trailers on regional runs.
• Maintain safe driving practices and on-time delivery.
• Participate in 4–6 weeks OTR training with experienced trainer.
• Transition to independent regional runs after training.
