Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Professional Engineering license strongly preferred.
• MBA or demonstrated business leadership experience preferred.
• Significant civil engineering leadership experience with client relationships and program delivery.
• Strong business and financial acumen for evaluating growth, staffing, and priorities.
• Experience leading national client programs and scaling delivery teams.
• Ability to run regional practice as a business with cross-office impact.
• Willingness to identify practical uses for company-approved AI tools.
