Valmont is seeking a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across multiple sites in the United States. The role focuses on implementing CI methodologies to improve productivity, customer value, and agility while coaching leaders and staff at all levels.

The position emphasizes cross-functional leadership, Kaizen, TPM, VSM, and other CI tools to deliver measurable savings and transform organizational culture. Extensive travel is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in operations, manufacturing, or CI.
• Associate degree with 10+ years of progressive experience in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Visio) and CI project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Coach CI events and coordinate activities across teams, removing barriers to performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and improve processes, architecture, requirements, and metrics.
• Diagnose workflow impediments and apply CI methods to eliminate waste and reduce variation.
• Mentor site leaders to embed CI principles and leadership behaviors.
• Facilitate PDCA cycles and CI frameworks aligned with site roadmaps.
