Tandem/Neal Associates seeks a Regional Continuous Improvement Leader to drive lean initiatives across five manufacturing plants. The role is remote with periodic travel to sites, including anticipated overnight travel.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, train staff, and build dashboards showing financial and operational gains from CI projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations Management.
• 5+ years in process optimization, manufacturing, or operational excellence.
• MUST HAVE prior manufacturing CI experience
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred

Title: Regional Continuous Improvement Leader

You will be working with 5 small plants with CI initiatives. You will be working remote but traveling to different plants throughout the year. Anticipated overnight travel 20-25%.

The continuous improvement professional leads change across teams/plants to make company processes more effective, repeatable, and data-driven. They spot weak points, design solutions, and train staff on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Process Analysis: Map existing workflows, study data, and run root-cause analysis to find inefficiencies.
• Project Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to launch improvement projects and Kaizen events.
• Methodology Deployment: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and change management tools to meet company goals.
• Training and Coaching: Mentor workers and leaders on problem-solving techniques and standard operating procedures.
• Metrics Tracking: Build dashboards and analyze financial or operational benefits to prove project success.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations Management.
• Experience: 5+ years working in process optimization, manufacturing, or operational excellence- multi site experience extremely beneficial
• MUST HAVE prior manufacturing CI experience
• Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
