Job summary

Neogen is seeking a Black Belt - Continuous Improvement Manager to drive enterprise-wide Lean Six Sigma and CI initiatives. You will partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and other functions to identify and lead high-impact opportunities that improve PSQDC.

This is a hands-on change leadership role requiring travel 30–50% domestically and internationally. Ideal candidates hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and 7–10 years of manufacturing CI experience, with strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; engineering disciplines are preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of progressive Lean Six Sigma/CI leadership in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Lean Six Sigma and CI initiatives across sites.
• Identify high-impact opportunities with cross-functional leaders to deliver PSQDC improvements.
• Apply structured problem solving, data analysis, and root cause methodologies to improve efficiency, throughput, quality, service and cost.
• Establish measurement systems and KPIs to baseline and sustain results.
• Coach Green Belts, interns, and staff; support CI training and capability building.
