Restaurant Associates is seeking a Regional Chef to lead culinary operations across premier accounts in the USA from NYC. You will oversee regional dining programs, ensure culinary excellence, menu consistency, and a superior guest experience.

The role is on-site, requires frequent travel to multiple accounts including NYC, FL, AZ, UT, and Toronto, and involves hands-on leadership, P&L awareness, and strategic menu development to elevate service quality.

Qualifications

• Requires culinary degree or equivalent four-year culinary development experience.
• Minimum 5–7 years of culinary management with multi-unit experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across management levels.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, hands-on management, and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally ( NYC, FL, AZ, UT, Toronto ).

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements operations plans to meet contractual obligations.
• Manages cost controls and expenditures for the region.
• Acts as a regional leader modeling Restaurant Associates values.
• Plans and creates menus including chef's tables and catering events.
• Develops and communicates strategies to improve customer experience.
• Interacts professionally with associates, suppliers, clients, and customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
