Job summary

Element Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (Channel Partner Manager) to drive profitable revenue through distribution partners in a defined Northeast USA and Eastern Canada territory. You will manage CP relationships, support CP sales teams, and lead product implementations.

You will engage in training, target setting, and Salesforce-driven opportunity management, while traveling ~25% to partner locations. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proficient English language capability – written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel 25%+ of time.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) to foster collaboration.
• Support CP Sales Representatives and customers with existing business and new product implementations.
• Answer technical questions and assist with product recommendations.
• Provide training to CP Sales Representatives to close new business.
• Manage CP opportunities of significant size through our Roadmap to Revenue in Salesforce.
• Set targets for Channel Partners to drive growth.
• Motivate and coach CP employees to meet goals.
• Capture mindshare of CP sales personnel to lead with our solutions.
