Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a division of Element Solutions Inc., seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue via our Distribution Channel Partners in the Northeast USA and Eastern Canada. You will establish relationships with CPs, support CP Sales Representatives, and guide product implementations.

This fast-paced role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong English, and a willingness to travel at least 25% to engage partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree encouraged.
• Proficient English, written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel 25% or more to interact with channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage relationships with Channel Partners to foster collaboration.
• Support CP Sales Representatives and customers with existing business and new product implementation.
• Answer technical questions and assist with product recommendations.
• Provide training to CP Sales Representatives to help close new business.
• Manage CP opportunities through Salesforce Roadmap to Revenue process.
• Set targets for Channel Partners to drive growth and improve performance.
