Job summary

Segra is seeking a Regional Channel Manager (RCM) in Denver, CO to drive new revenue by expanding Segra's Channel Partner ecosystem. You will recruit, enable, and activate partners, working with Segra's direct sales teams to grow regional and national revenue. Travel to events and partner sites is expected.

You will lead partner development, enablement, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure strong market penetration and brand presence nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales/Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of telecommunications sales and/or sales support experience.
• 10+ years selling telecommunications or technology solutions including core connectivity, cloud/storage, and security.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales revenue by managing overall Channel sales efforts across assigned markets.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned Channel Partners and select National TSDs.
• Leverage partner networks to sell Segra products and services regionally and nationally with direct sales teams.
• Recruit new Channel Partners through established TSD relationships and enable partner training.
• Develop and implement Channel initiatives, strategies, and programs to drive growth.
• Train Segra sales teams to engage with Channel Partners and provide ongoing support.
