Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee all sales and distribution within a designated region, driving growth through direct sales and partner-driven opportunities. You will recruit and coach sales staff, cultivate channel partners, and manage performance through strategic plans and coaching.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills, with experience in CRM systems and MS Office.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, with channel partner experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional sales through hands-on field leadership and team accountability.
• Identify, recruit, and manage channel partners to expand market reach.
• Hire, train, and develop Business Consultants for regional growth.
• Represent corporate initiatives and analyze regional trends to identify opportunities.
• Travel as required and support ad hoc projects and seminars.
