Job summary

ScanSource in Greenville, SC is seeking a Regional Channel Manager to drive sales through assigned partners, recruit new partners, and grow revenue within a defined region. This role carries a quota and full responsibility for achieving targets across net billings, commissions, and profits.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of telecom, UCaaS, and cloud experience, plus strong communication and analytical skills. Occasional in-market events and collaboration with leadership are required.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ telecom, UCaaS, and cloud experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and editorial abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly/annual targets for assigned Sales Partners quotes, orders submitted, net billings, gross commissions, and gross profits.
• Actively grow assigned Sales Partner revenue bases.
• Onboard assigned new sales partners and steward them as they grow to achieve their targets.
• Drive attendance to events and engage in in-market activities.
• Provide feedback to Director/VP, Partner Sales regarding portfolio gaps.
