Humana is seeking a Regional VP, Operations & Finance to drive regional strategy and oversee the P&L for the South Central region. You will interface with regional leadership to align product, network performance, and operational strategy with financial targets.

This leadership role requires deep knowledge of Medicare products and CMS bid processes, and a proven ability to manage finance teams. The role reports to the Regional President, collaborates across Provider Network, Health Services and

Competenze

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage and Part D coverage.
• 8+ years of finance experience in the health solutions industry (preferably CFO/COO with finance experience).
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building ability.
• Knowledge of CMS bid mechanics and bid tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 20% within the region

• Lead regional market level strategy development with operational leaders.
• Direct accountability for regional P&L and budget targets.
• Design and implement policies and procedures aligned with units and regulations.
• Establish performance controls by analyzing data to drive improvements.
• Lead the annual CMS bid process.
