Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Project Manager for cement plant projects in North America. You will lead multi-phase delivery from feasibility to commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and technical targets are met across cement, AFR, Power, Logistics, and RMX segments.

You will coordinate with PM&E, regional teams and external partners to enable on-time handover to operations. The role requires a Master’s degree in engineering or related field, 5+ years of industrial construction PM

Qualifications

Master degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or Process Engineering.
Minimum 5 years in industrial construction project management.
Experience in cement or similar heavy industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills; able to manage diverse teams.
Willing to travel extensively and reside at work location.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage assigned projects to meet time, budget and quality targets.
Ensure safety policies are applied and zero-harm objectives are achieved.
Coordinate with Steering Committee and regional PM&E for project governance.
Develop project organization and governance structures to respond quickly to requirements.
Oversee procurement, contracts and vendor management across the project lifecycle.
