Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• 5 years of CDL driving and training experience desired.
• Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations and CDL standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and administer CDL director and instructor training.
• Ensure compliant, safe, high-quality CDL programs across locations.
• Lead fleet management and scheduling to optimize profitability and safety.
• Oversee regulatory compliance with FMCSA, state agencies, and law enforcement.
• Recruit, onboard, and train CDL staff; mentor program directors.
• Review performance metrics and tailor coaching for CDL teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and safety across CDL operations.
