Job summary

Ancora Education seeks an experienced CDL Program Director to lead the program, oversee curriculum development, and manage Driver Trainers. You will drive student advising, retention initiatives, and collaboration with academic and career services teams.

You will monitor program quality, coordinate faculty development, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards while guiding budget planning and strategic improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A license with at least 3 years driving experience.
• 5 years of industry experience in instruction.
• 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of faculty development, delivery methods, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDL program operations and curriculum development.
• Hire, orient, develop, and evaluate Driver Trainers.
• Provide student advising and retention support.
• Monitor curriculum quality, materials, and facilities.
