Ancora Education seeks a CDL Program Director to lead the CDL program, develop and implement curriculum, and guide instructional staff. The role includes hiring, orienting, and evaluating Driver Trainers, advising students, and maintaining program quality through active faculty development and adherence to accreditation standards.

The position reports to the Area Manager/Regional Program Director and requires strong leadership, curriculum expertise, and a proven track record in program

Qualificações

• CDL Class A license with at least 3 years driving experience.
• 5 years of industry experience in the field of instruction.
• 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Associate’s Degree or higher, or equivalent instructional competency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for the CDL Program and oversee curriculum development.
• Hire, orient, develop, and evaluate Driver Trainers within the program(s).
• Monitor student population and advise on academic progress and retention.
• Lead faculty meetings and support professional development of program staff.
• Ensure program compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
