Job summary

Qualifications

• Interstate (Class A) CDL required with Hazmat endorsement or obtain within 120 days with cleared background check.
• Minimum of 30 months experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer position in the last 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years; no serious violations; no preventable DOT accidents in the last 3–10 years.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Walmart’s safety, integrity, and professionalism on every mile.
• Plan your day, set priorities, and communicate with the team to keep freight moving on time.
• Handle required paperwork and electronic logs accurately following DOT and company guidelines.
• Safely operate tractor-trailer and inspect it before, during, and after trips.
• Run optimized routes while following traffic laws and local restrictions to improve on-time delivery.
