Qualifications

• Interstate Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Minimum 30 months (2.5 years) driving experience in the last 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must live within 250 miles of the facility or relocate within 250 miles within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily routes with teammates to keep freight moving safely and on schedule.
• Handle required paperwork and electronic logs following DOT and company rules.
• Safely operate tractor-trailer and inspect vehicle before, during, and after trips.
• Run optimized routes respecting traffic laws and local restrictions to improve on‑time delivery.
• Uphold Walmart's safety, integrity, and professionalism on every mile.
