Altom Transport is seeking dedicated and professional Regional CDL A Owner Operator Tanker Drivers to safely transport liquid bulk materials across the country. This role requires extended time on the road, typically 5+ consecutive days, with home time that can be planned based on operational needs and driver preferences.

This position offers the flexibility to maximize earnings while ensuring the highest safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable tanker driving experience
• Possess CDL Class A and Hazmat endorsement (preferred) and TWIC card (preferred)
• Able to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including 24/7 operations if needed
• Maintain clean MVR and safety record

Responsibilities

• Transport chemical and petroleum products using tank trailers while complying with DOT regulations.
• Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure long-haul reliability.
• Load and unload per ISO/Flexi-Bag or Tanker procedures at loading and delivery points.
• Accurately complete logs and required paperwork; adhere to Hazmat regulations.
• Represent Altom Transport professionally at customer locations.
• Plan trips and manage fuel purchases to maximize revenue.
• Meet mileage or hour targets to sustain operations.
• Be available as needed for 24/7 operation requirements.
