Job summary

Ryder is seeking commercial drivers for a regional, home weekly route. The role offers an average of $1,600+ per week with daytime dispatch from 4:00–6:00 AM, delivering to WI, IN and IL on a 53' dry van with day cabs.

You will train on equipment as needed and benefit from weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days. Ryder provides medical, dental & vision coverage after 30 days, 80 hours PTO in year one, uniforms, boot allowance, 401(k) with company match, paid training, and

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A
• 9 months of driving experience within the past 3 years
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder drug test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test

Home Weekly - Comprehensive Benefits

Pay, Home Time & More:

• Average $1,600+ per week
• Solo miles pay: 61 CPM with 1,300 miles per week
• Solo stops pay: $15,00 per stop with 44 stops per week
• Per diem pay: $50.00 per night with 2 - 3 nights per week
• Route: Regional
• Overnights for route in Ryder-booked hotel
• Medical, dental & vision after 30 days
• 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)

Schedule, Freight & Equipment:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, NO WEEKENDS
• Start time: 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM dispatch window
• Deliver solo to: WI, IN and IL
• Tractor type: Day cab
• Trailertype: 53' dry van
• Ryder will train you on all equipment needed to be successful
• Freight: Touch - screen doors and hardware, hand unload
