Job summary

Ryder is seeking drivers to work regional routes in the Midwest, delivering light-touch freight such as screen doors and hardware. The role typically runs Monday–Friday with early start times and regional coverage across MN, NE, SD and WI.

Paid training, uniforms, and benefits are included. Minimum qualifications include a valid Class A CDL, 9 months of recent driving experience, and passing Ryder's background and DOT prerequisites.

Job description

Earn $1,800 + per Week - Paid Weekly

Home Weekly - Comprehensive Benefits

Pay, Home Time & More:

• Earn $1,800+ per week
• Solo miles pay: 57 CPM with 2,500 miles per week
• Solo stops pay: $15.00 per stop with 25 stops per week
• Per diem pay: $50.00 per night with 3 - 4 nights per week
• Route: Regional, some local
• Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days
• 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)

Schedule, Freight & Equipment:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Start time: 6:00 AM dispatch
• Deliver soloto: MN, NE, SD and WI
• Tractor type: Sleepers
• Trailer type: Dry van 53'
• Ryder will train you on all equipment needed to be successful
• Freight: light touch - screen doors and hardware

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 9 months of experience within the past 3 years
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
