Job summary

Ryder is seeking qualified CDL-A drivers for local home daily routes in Wisconsin. Earn $1,320+ per week with a $30/hour base rate and a night shift option. Expect 42 hours per week, 2/2/3 weekends, and day or night rotations. Comprehensive benefits after 30 days plus 80 hours PTO in year one.

Tractor types are day cabs with 48' and 53' dry vans, and drivers receive uniforms, boot allowances, yearly 401(k) matching, and paid training. Safety-first role with weekly pay and strong company support.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A
• 9 months of driving experience within the past 3 years
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder drug test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test

Responsibilities

• Deliver solo to shuttle and yard
• Operate day cab tractor and 48'–53' trailers

• Hourly pay: $30.00 per hour
• Earn $31.00 for nights 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM shift available
• Hours per week: 42 hours per week average
• Route: Local home daily
