Job summary
Syneos Health is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Miami, OK area to lead a Cardiovascular field sales team and drive regional growth. You will translate national strategies into local plans, coach a high-performing CSR team, and manage key accounts with data-driven insights to meet ambitious sales targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical, medical or related sales experience.
- 3+ years first line sales leadership experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical field.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategy to execution by formulating region-level business plans.
- Analyze market data, sales trends and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead CSRs to educate physicians and accounts to achieve business goals.
- Direct CSRs in acquisition, expansion and retention of targeted business.
- Engage key accounts and develop strategies to support growth of objectives.
- Provide field coaching to elevate sales capabilities and clinical knowledge.
