Job summary

LyondenBasell is seeking a Regional Capital Projects Manager to oversee the regional capital projects team across Lake Charles and Westlake sites. You will manage project scopes, drive best practices, and ensure alignment with engineering standards while delivering on safety and cost targets.

The role requires a chemical/mechanical/electrical engineering background with 8+ years in capital project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of engineering experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in petrochemical, refining, or related process industries.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting or leading capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Interface with site Project Managers to set priorities and ensure needs are met.
• Lead and supervise a regional team of project managers, engineers, and specialists.
• Oversee budgeting, project quality, and timely execution of capital projects.
