Job summary

Statewide Windows & Doors in Florida is seeking a Regional Canvass Manager to lead our door-to-door canvassing team across assigned territories in the Orlando area.

You will hire and onboard canvassers, train reps on scripts and objection handling, set daily/weekly goals, manage schedules, coach in the field, track KPIs, and report results. A proven canvassing-management background is required. This role offers a substantial commission potential and a company vehicle.

Compensation & Perks

• $150,000-250,000+/year (Base Salary + Commission + Overrides)
