Statewide Windows & Doors is seeking a Regional Canvassing Director to hire, train, and grow a large canvassing team for door-to-door outreach. This full-time leadership role includes base salary, commission, team overrides, and strong earning potential—NO SELLING.

The ideal candidate has proven canvassing management experience in home improvement, with a track record of building high-output teams and leading by example in the field.

Position

Regional Canvassing Director - Hire, train, and grow a large, high-performing door-to-door canvassing team. This is a full-time leadership opportunity with base salary, commission, team overrides, and strong earning potential. NO SELLING!

Qualified Candidate

MUST have door-to-door canvassing management experience in the home improvement or closely related home services industry, with experience building and managing a high-volume-producing department with sales derived from canvassing leads of at least $1 to $2 million per month!

Compensation

• Earn $150K to $250K
