Job summary

Statewide Windows & Doors in Florida is hiring a Canvassing Manager to lead our canvassing team. You will recruit, onboard, and train canvassers, set daily and weekly goals, and manage schedules and territories in the field.

You will coach reps, track KPIs, report results, and build your region like a business, with a company vehicle and gas allowance. Prior canvassing management experience is required and reliable transportation is a must.
