Job summary

Statewide Windows & Doors is seeking a Canvassing Manager to lead our door-to-door canvassing team (NO SELLING). Prior canvassing management experience is required.

The role offers a base salary plus commissions and overrides, with a $150,000–$250,000+ yearly compensation and a company vehicle with gas allowance. You will hire and onboard canvassers, train reps on scripts, set daily/weekly goals, manage schedules and territories, coach in the field, and track KPIs with reporting.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing a canvassing team.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Comfortable working in the field.
Reliable transportation is required.
