Job summary

Good Day Farm is seeking a Retail Training Manager for Louisiana to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for dispensary staff. You will lead change management, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with regional leaders to scale best practices across the market.

You will develop materials, monitor effectiveness, and drive a strong selling and customer service culture, with travel up to 90% for onsite regional support. Bachelor's degree preferred; cannabis experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two to four years’ experience as a retail leader or training and development manager.
• Bachelor’s degree or substitute experience accepted.
• Experience with LMS platforms and eLearning tools.
• Proven ability to design, deliver, track learning that improves performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify training gaps and develop materials (guides, videos, job aids).
• Monitor sales trends and craft training strategies to maximize sales.
• Evaluate training program ROI and report findings to stakeholders.
• Schedule weekly regional trainings and ensure alignment with goals.
• Drive change management and scale initiatives with cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and inventory/records procedures.
