Qualifications

Must be able to clear a background check and have flexibility in working hours.
Cannabis industry experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead staff training, hiring, scheduling, and payroll responsibilities.
Set and drive sales goals and monitor KPIs to meet revenue targets.
Oversee inventory processes, compliance, and POS operations.
Ensure excellent customer experience and uphold the Good Day Way in every interaction.
Coordinate with regional partners and maintain high standards of facility upkeep.
