Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in convenience stores.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic math skills to handle cash, sales, and tax calculations.
• Ability to read and apply company procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills for Associates.
• Willingness to work across multiple locations and shifts.
• Must complete company training and updates within deadlines.
• Computer literacy, including company ops and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Training: complete core management coursework and certify mastery.
• Operating reports: review variances and inventory issues across rotations.
• Store management: assist managers in operations and staff supervision.
• Work direction: lead associates and ensure shop cleanliness and readiness.
