The role oversees day-to-day operations, ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, and drives accuracy in billing, coding, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• Five years’ supervisory experience in a medical setting (hospital, surgery center, physician’s office).
• Proficiency in accounting and ability to use computer-automated accounting systems.
• Experience working with third-party payer papers including HOM, PPO and Medicare/Medicaid.
• Demonstrates accountability, integrity, professionalism, openness, receptiveness to change, creativity and innovation.
