Skilled Nursing Facilities invites an experienced Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM) to oversee financial and administrative operations across multiple Northeast Florida locations. You will lead and coach Business Office Managers, ensure regulatory and company policy compliance, and drive consistent financial performance.

You will monitor revenue cycle activities, billing, collections, cash posting, and performance metrics, while partnering with Operations to resolve issues and implement

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multi-site business office management experience in healthcare.
• Strong revenue cycle, billing, and collections knowledge.
• Proven leadership of multi-location teams.
• Willingness to travel regionally, including overnight stays.

Regional Business Office Manager - (Florida)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM) to oversee the financial and administrative operations of multiple healthcare locations throughout Northeast Florida. This position is responsible for providing leadership, training, and support to Business Office Managers while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and consistent financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to Business Office Managers across multiple locations.
• Ensure business office operations are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor accounts receivable, collections, billing, cash posting, and financial performance metrics.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Business Office Managers to achieve operational goals.
• Partner with Operations leadership to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Conduct routine site visits to support teams and ensure consistency across locations.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of Business Office Managers.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of performance.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of multi-site business office management experience, preferably in healthcare.

• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management, billing, collections, and business office operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple locations and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the Region, including overnight stays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute healthcare.
• Experience leading regional or multi-site business office operations.
