Job summary

Skilled Nursing Facilities invites an experienced Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM) to oversee financial and administrative operations across multiple Northeast Florida locations. You will lead and coach Business Office Managers, ensure regulatory and company policy compliance, and drive consistent financial performance.

You will monitor revenue cycle activities, billing, collections, cash posting, and performance metrics, while partnering with Operations to resolve issues and implement

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multi-site business office management experience in healthcare.
• Strong revenue cycle, billing, and collections knowledge.
• Proven leadership of multi-location teams.
• Willingness to travel regionally, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Business Office Managers across locations.
• Ensure business office operations comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor accounts receivable, billing, cash posting, and financial metrics.
• Coach and develop Business Office Managers to meet goals.
• Partner with Operations to resolve issues quickly.
• Conduct site visits to ensure consistency across locations.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of Business Office Managers.
• Drive process improvements and maintain high standards of performance.
