Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a results-driven sales/marketing professional to close dealer retail transactions and drive retail sales across our assigned territory. You will coordinate support, manage inventory levels at dealer locations, and identify new markets for JCB products.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and ~5 years of related experience, with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work in both office and occasional manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• ~5-years of sales or marketing experience within a related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Microsoft Project.
• Office environment and occasional manufacturing/factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in closing dealer retail transactions and coordinate JCB support to customers.
• Ensure adequate inventory levels of primary JCB products at dealer premises.
• Achieve target levels of retail sales.
• Maintain knowledge of the Company’s products, policies and competitive products.
• Identify and develop new markets and applications for primary JCB products.
• Support dealer sales plans through visits with assigned JCB dealer locations and end use customers.
• Complete sales, product or operational projects/tasks with required information.
• Liaise with JCB Service and Parts personnel to support primary products.
• Coordinate with regional JCB business and dealer development personnel.
• Attend regional meetings and provide recommendations to maximize business.
